1. The view from the room (facing the pool, central plaza and sea) is magnificient. 2. The wifi connection is fast even inside the elevator. 3. There are shop, bar and cafe within the building. 4. 15 minutes walk to Puteri Harbour, Kota Iskandar and Ferry Terminal to Batam and Karimun. 5. The apartment is worth the price.

My booked unit was not ready by the check in time due to maintenance and they contacted me in advance to inform and change to other unit which i can say its much more better. Fast response and easy to dealed with.
